Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and played baseball before becoming a mortgage banker.  He and his wife live in St. Charles, a suburb of St. Louis.  They have one son and two daughters.  In his free time, Charlie enjoys spending time outdoors.
